This form is intended solely for requesting refills of existing prescriptions. Any new medications must be discussed during a consultation with your doctor.
This form is available for registered patients only.
Allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed. Our operational days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Requests submitted after 5 PM will be processed the following business day.
Prescriptions are electronically sent to the pharmacy of your choice. Should you prefer to pick up your prescription at the surgery, please inform us accordingly.
While the default prescription duration is set for six months, the actual duration may vary based on the clinician’s judgment.
A fee of €20.00 is charged for all private prescriptions.

Medical card (GMS) patients: once fully registered with the practice, your GP consultations and repeat prescriptions are free of charge under the medical card scheme.

Controlled medications: controlled drugs and benzodiazepines cannot be issued as repeat prescriptions — these require a consultation. Book an appointment. If you cannot get to the clinic, an Online Doctor video consultation can cover this — the prescription is included in the €65.

To avoid delays, every request should include: the medication name and dose, your date of birth, and the name of your pharmacy.
